Last Wednesday, February 5th, O Elvas SAD organized a friendly match between the senior team and the juniors. The match took place at Estádio Patalino, marking the second game held after the recent renovations. This initiative is part of the club’s project to foster the growth and development of its teams, aiming to enhance player evolution and provide them with more game time.
According to Manuel Belmiro, O Elvas SAD’s football director, these matches serve to better prepare players for competition. “When they are called up for the weekend matches, they can respond in the best possible way,” he stated.
Modernization of Estádio Patalino
This friendly match was still played under the old lighting system at Estádio Patalino, but O Elvas SAD is already preparing for a complete renovation of the stadium’s lighting infrastructure. The club’s management aims to install a modern and technologically advanced system, further improving conditions for training sessions and night games.
“Anyone who visits Patalino today sees an almost completely renewed stadium. With the installation of the new lights, we aim to provide the best possible conditions for our athletes,” highlighted O Elvas SAD’s management, reinforcing the club’s commitment to modernization and infrastructure growth.
With a solid and future-focused project, O Elvas SAD continues to invest in the development of its teams, ensuring sustainable and competitive growth.
