The O Elvas Clube Alentejano de Desportos U-18 team once again demonstrated their superiority in the AFP U-18 Cup, securing a dominant 10-0 victory over SC Campomaiorense this Saturday at the João Manuel Nabeiro Sports Field. Already crowned champions of the competition, O Elvas confirmed their dominance with a high-quality and efficient performance.
First Half of Control and Effectiveness
From the first whistle, O Elvas took control of the match, displaying organization and superiority in all areas of the field. The first goal came in the 23rd minute when Martim Tomé, well-positioned in the box, finished with his right foot following a precise cross.
The lead was extended in the 32nd minute when Lucas Ventura calmly slotted home a well-measured cross. Just three minutes later, in the 35th minute, Simão Cordeiro increased the lead to 3-0, tapping the ball into the net after another well-worked team move.
Before the break, in the 44th minute, Rodrigo Canhão delivered a beautiful moment, playing a one-two at the edge of the box before finishing with his right foot, sending O Elvas into the dressing rooms with a comfortable 4-0 lead.

In the second half, the blue and gold team maintained their intensity and offensive rhythm. In the 53rd minute, Simão Cordeiro fired a powerful shot from outside the box, extending the lead to 5-0. Just a minute later, in the 54th minute, Rúben Cordeiro replicated his teammate’s move, also scoring with a powerful long-range shot to make it 6-0.
The offensive onslaught continued in the 55th minute when Lucas Ventura scored the seventh goal, this time with a well-placed cross-shot inside the box. In the 81st minute, Lucas Ventura continued to shine, completing his hat-trick with a low shot, making it 8-0.
In the final minutes, O Elvas kept their foot on the gas and found space for two more beautifully executed goals. In the 85th minute, Martim Canhão scored a fantastic goal with a precise shot into the corner, while in the 89th minute, João Azenhas wrapped up the scoreline with a first-time shot, sealing the emphatic 10-0 victory.
