Joy erupted at the Pedro Barrena field, as our under 19 team claimed their first victory of the season, defeating the resilient Oriental squad by 2-0. This much-needed win reflects the perseverance and determination of a team that never stopped believing, despite a rocky start to the championship.

A Thrilling and Hard-Fought Match

The match was a tightly contested battle, with both teams going head-to-head in an intense encounter. Our boys, under the guidance of an exceptional coaching staff, showed remarkable progress compared to their earlier performances. The breakthrough came in 13th minute, when the first goal finally shattered the deadlock, energizing the team. The second goal, scored in the 90+5 minute, secured the victory and sealed the three valuable points.

The squad demonstrated outstanding team spirit and unity, essential attributes in a demanding league like this. Led by the talented Rui Ferreira, the coaching staff has done a tremendous job in instilling the right mentality and driving motivation throughout the team.
