O Elvas Clube Alentejano de Desportos, Futebol SAD would like to warmly thank all the fans who were present at the Estádio Municipal de Atletismo of Elvas on November 3rd, when the team achieved an important 1-0 victory against Sertanense FC.
The support of our fans was fundamental in achieving this triumph, which allows us to maintain our lead in Series C of the Campeonato de Portugal. The energy and enthusiasm coming from the stands motivated our players to do their best on the field, and this result is also the result of your constant support.
Upcoming Away Games and the Support We Need
After the important victory against Sertanense, the blue & gold club now faces a sequence of two away games that will be crucial for our trajectory in the season. The support of our fans has been a difference in the most decisive moments, and this sequence will be another opportunity to show the strength of our club.
The first challenge takes place this Sunday, November 10th, at 3pm, against FC Alverca’s B team, on Field 1 of the FC Alverca Training Center. This game, valid for the ninth round of the Campeonato de Portugal, could be crucial to consolidating our position at the top of Serie C. Elvas now remains on 19 points, but Alverca, Arronches and Benfica are right behind, with 15 points each. With the support of our fans, we believe that our knights can achieve another important victory. The second game away from home will be even more special, as it marks our participation in the 4th phase of the Portuguese Cup, where we will face Varzim SC. This clash is scheduled for November 24th, at 6pm, in Póvoa de Varzim, and will be broadcast on Canal 11, the official channel of the Portuguese Football Federation. However, despite the televised broadcast, the physical presence of our fans will be invaluable to our players. The Portuguese Cup is a special competition, which brings great visibility and excitement, and our athletes need all the support they can get to advance to the next phase.
Varzim SC is an opponent with experience and tradition, and playing away from home makes the challenge even greater. But with the support of the fans, we are sure that our team will be even more motivated to give everything on the field and fight for victory. Winning this game would represent a remarkable achievement for everyone, and with the presence of our fans at the Varzim Sport Club Stadium, we are confident that we can surprise.

Return Home: Next Game at the Elvas Athletics Stadium
After these challenges away from home, we will return home on November 30th to face CA Pêro Pinheiro at 3pm, in a game valid for the Brazilian Championship. We look forward to meeting our fans again at the Elvas Municipal Athletics Stadium and, together, celebrating the spirit of the club and our passion for football.
