Against experienced and fierce opponents, our boys, led by the skilful hand of Pedro Hipólito, put in a capital performance, built on solid defence, a lethal attack and a winning strategy.
A perfect match
Today’s victory was the result of painstaking work, impeccable organisation and tactical preparation of the highest level. The opponents, skilled in dribbling and defence, put us to the test from the first minute.
But our team, compact and well organised, was able to respond blow by blow, building an impenetrable web in midfield and launching lightning-fast counter-attacks.
Pedro Hipólito’s strategy proved to be a winning one, with well-timed changes that breathed new life into the team at crucial moments of the match.

It is difficult to single out a single protagonist in a match like that. All the players, from the forward to the last defender, gave their all, demonstrating a sense of belonging and a will to win that fills us with pride. It is this unity of purpose, combined with the expert leadership of Pedro Hipólito, that makes us a strong team, capable of overcoming any obstacle.

With this victory, O Elvas SAD consolidates its lead in the standings, proving that it is a real force to be reckoned with. But there is still a long way to go and the championship has only just begun. We have only played six matches, but the results so far, the result of constant work and continuous growth, give us the awareness that we can aim high.
